Early Autumn - Apple and Cinnamon

New VapeSafe Early Autumn eLiquid.

Early Autumn - Apples and Cinnamon flavored eLiquid evokes memories of the beginning of fall. The feel of the warm autumn sun on the skin. The sight of vibrant hues of amber and crimson leaves hanging in gently swaying trees soaking up the light. The laughing children raking the leaves into piles and then running and jumping into the soft, luscious piles scattering the leaves again. The delicious smells of baking apple and cinnamon pies wafting through open windows. These are the sights, smells and tastes of Early Autumn.

Description

Journalist Steve Knopper grew up bushwacking the trails and hills surrounding his family’s home in Boulder, and he shares his insider knowledge of Colorado with interested travelers. Knopper covers a wide range of sights and activities, from the states’ 25 ski resorts to the Great Sand Dunes to the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre, widely considered the best outdoor concert arena in the United States. Knopper also offers unique trip strategies for a variety of travelers, including a Music Lover’s Tour and a 10-Day Ski Bum Tour. Whether you’re into ice-fishing or snowmobiling in Grand Lake, grabbing a buffalo burger and a beer at My Brother’s Bar in Denver, or mountain biking the ski trails during summer in Steamboat Springs, Moon Colorado is sure to help you create a memorable experience in the land where, Knopper admits, mountains are everything.

Summary: "It has basic things...but nothing more."

I was looking for a book that will take care of my summer trip to Colorado, and I did not find this book too helpful. It would have been more helpful if the book could highlight a few restaurants/hiking trails/points or shops worth visiting. It was my first time visiting Colorado, and it didn't mention anything about access road/trail closure in June.

If you didn't want to spend time doing extra search for your trip and just wanted to follow "the best" or "must visit" things on a guide book, this may not be adequate. Although it has good, general information on major cities and towns in Colorado, almost all of which you can find online. If you are looking for a guide book that has insider tips or detail information that make you say "I wish I had known", this book is probably not it.

Summary: "Not as good as other Moon travel guides"

I have used Moon travel guides for trips to Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Grand Canyon, and Lake Tahoe. All have been very well written and very useful. However, the focus of the Colorado guide seems to be more on skiing, museums, and night life rather than accommodations, food, and national and state parks/scenery excursions. The writer's style seemed a little different from the other books, and I think his own personal interests directed what he decided to include/exclude from the book.

Summary: "Moon Handbooks- Travel Books"

Moon Handbooks/Travel Books are the BEST. More details, more side trips, more information than any other travel books on the market. Don't leave without a Moon Handbook!

Summary: "Good local advice!"

I'm baffled by the other reviewer who said there were no mom-and-pop B & B's listed in Steve Knopper's "Colorado" guide. Did he just mean in Cortez or all over the state? There are dozens of locally-owned B-n-B's listed in this book--from Denver to Central City to Colorado Springs and beyond. Frankly, I'd be REALLY disappointed if any guidebook wasted the time to refer me to a Holiday Inn, unless it was the only place in that area. This book is packed with detailed information and insider tips and I found it very helpful, especially the chapter on Boulder where I learned of Sights that I never knew existed.
